Does this replace my existing ERP?
No. Zymbio Empresarial connects to your existing ERP (Tango, ContPaqi, SAP Business One, custom systems) and amplifies it. If you don’t have an ERP, we can structure a lightweight one inside Zymbio’s Administrative Vault.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere it shouldn’t. AI processing happens locally on your hardware. Zymbio connects out to systems you authorize — your ERP, your file storage — but the cognitive work never leaves your office. No data is sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google unless you explicitly activate Augmented Mode.
What hardware do I need?
Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3, or M4) with a minimum of 16GB unified memory. Larger operations or teams with 20+ users benefit from M2 Pro or higher with 32GB+. We’ll size it during onboarding and can supply pre-configured hardware as part of deployment.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Sovereign Mode works fully offline. Connected Mode needs internet only to reach your existing systems (ERP, file storage). Augmented Mode is the only one that requires the public internet, and it’s opt-in per query.
How long does onboarding take?
Typical onboarding runs 2 to 3 weeks: one technical session to connect your systems, one or two context-loading sessions, and team training. We don’t leave until it works for your specific business.
What languages does Zymbio speak?
English and Spanish, with native voice in both (Kokoro TTS). Other languages are on the roadmap but not supported yet.
What if the hardware fails?
Automatic backups let you restore everything to new hardware in under an hour. We provide the procedure, scripts, and direct support during the recovery.
What does Early Access cost?
Setup + onboarding is a one-time fee. The monthly license is per company, not per user, so growing teams don’t penalize you. Augmented Mode (OpenAI / Anthropic / Google) is paid directly to those providers — we don’t broker. Pricing details are shared on the application call.
How is this different from ChatGPT Enterprise or Microsoft Copilot?
Two key differences. First: your data stays in your office — ChatGPT Enterprise still sends everything to OpenAI’s servers. Second: Zymbio remembers across conversations and connects to your specific ERP. ChatGPT starts fresh every chat and has no idea what Tango or ContPaqi are.
